I opted for the basic Aura Signature Facial since it was my first time here. She looked at my skin and straight up said, “You have a lot of dead skin we need to remove.” I laughed, I enjoy bluntness and straight to the point consultations, with no upgrading pressures. Ann is so detail oriented with your facial. Getting every nook and cranny. Taking the time to allow the products to seep in. She ACTUALLY massages the products into the skin. Pore extraction, multi cleansing steps, tingly creams. My facial took well over an hour. The cherry on top, is this thick peel off mask that needs to dry and the heavenly scalp massage that Annie gave while we waited. She was very generous with the product use. I love people who aren’t stingy with products. My face is glowing. Exceeded my expectations, and the pricing is great for what they offer. I scheduled another appointment right after it.”
